Ahh, the glory days. When summer league had you swimming 25s and mystery-flavored Airheads waited for you at the finish line. What happened to those fun times? Age. Age happened. It started when you turned 11, and those 25s were taken away forever. You had to swim 50s, 100s, and eventually even 200s. Now, you're on the tail end of your swimming career or perhaps you’re in one of those "grown-up" careers. Not to fear—we’re here to bring back the good old days. Welcome to Grown-Up Swimming!
Why Grown Up Swimming?
There's a good chance that you're reading this having never felt that oddly specific coming-of-age tragedy, and that's totally fine. Maybe you're here because you've always wanted to swim but thought it was too intimidating. Maybe you're here because now is the time to lose a few pounds. Or maybe, you've always been really active, but man, your knees can't take pickup basketball any more. Grown-Up Swimming is perfect for you too.

There are a few ways to get involved. Join up with an existing team in an existing league, form a new team within an existing league, or help us start a league in your town.
