April 6th Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

Do you all like the new newsletter format? It comes with super incredible really hard practices as well. Check them out below to prep for your Thursday night hang out swim meet. 

  1. Practice One: Freestyle Aerobic & Kick Set

    • Swimming into FAST kick. If you hit the kick hard, this will get you into swimming shape easily. 

     

  2. Practice Two: Sprint Day

    • Couple of 25s or 50s ALL OUT!!!

    • Race the unsuspecting lap swimmer next to you lol
